What We Do
We specialize in the following areas:
We collaborate with organizations across North America to develop top talent and emerging leaders, and their teams through coaching and leadership development programs that increase awareness, productivity and engagement, and further organizational goals.
“…Imagine someone listening, not only to your words, but also to what’s behind them – who even listens to the spaces between your words. Someone in tune with the nuances of your voice, your emotion, your energy – who is intent on receiving everything you communicate. Someone who listens to the very best in you, even when you can’t hear it yourself…”
~ Whitworth et al, 1998
Ann Reich, Founder and President of Arabesque Management
“I am the thought partner who inspires executives and
emerging leaders to fully realize their leadership potential.”
Ann Reich, founder and president of Arabesque Management, has a passion for motivating and guiding people through change. She brings over 20 years of experience leading and developing others to achieve excellence as they work toward their personal and business-related objectives.
Highly valued by her clients for her ability to foster trust, Ann is the thought partner for executives and emerging leaders as they identify opportunities for growth, and clarify and move toward their vision. She accelerates individual and team growth through coaching and leadership development programs that increase productivity and engagement and further organizational goals.
When Ann was first introduced to professional coaching, she was immediately struck by its powerful impact and realized how much greater her contribution, productivity and engagement could have been in many areas, had she become aware of coaching earlier in her life and career. With crystal clarity, she realized that she’d missed out on an invaluable resource up to that point and therefore, when she graduated from corporate life, Ann chose to leverage her gifts and strengths in a professional coaching career.
It is Ann’s goal to inspire others to be the best they can be by guiding them to think about and articulate what’s important to them. She creates a safe space for her clients where they are free to dig deep to get to the core of who they want to be. Ann does this by asking powerful and thought provoking questions, listening far beyond the words, and challenging her clients to make meaningful and courageous choices that will move them forward.

Arabesque Management: What’s in a Name?
Ann explains…
“I deliberated over many possibilities for a company name that would imply growth and development, but none really resonated with me, so I turned to an area of my life that truly inspires me: the world of dance. I was a committed and passionate dancer in my youth and I now have the privilege and joy of watching my daughter dance.
Words that come to mind when I think about dancers are confidence, authenticity, courage, commitment, strength, support, flexibility, movement, collaboration, balance, joy, and passion. These are words that also carry great meaning within a coaching relationship.
Dancers test their balance by letting go of the barre and rising on one leg in an arabesque, a classic position that shows the dancer’s body fully extended from fingers to toes.
My purpose as a coach is to partner with clients as they discover their best self, so that they too may present themselves to the world with courage, strength, authenticity and confidence.”
