  • every coaching client is the expert in his or her life and is creative, resourceful and whole and therefore the coach’s role is not to provide solutions, but to guide the client in a process of self-discovery, and;

  • every individual is part of a greater system and therefore, it is incumbent on the coach to expand the client’s perspective and awareness around choice by coaching to the greater context.
