DiSC

DiSC  measures observable behaviour and emotions. Behaviours are considered to be the “how” of your life and are apparent in the things you do and how you act. DISC is the language of people watching, or of observing behaviour and emotions. DISC accurately measures four dimensions of behaviour, which are each associated with a behavioural style.

  • Dominance – how we respond to problems or challenges
  • Influence – how we influence others to our point of view
  • Steadiness – how we respond to the pace of the environment
  • Conscientiousness – how we respond to rules and procedures

This highly validated assessment produces a personalized report with valuable information unique to the your behavior including

  • your individual preferred work style based on natural behavior
  • how others can effectively communicate with you
  • how you can adapt your communication style in order to communicate optimally with others
  • the ideal work environment for your preferred work style, and
  • some of the keys to motivating you.

Hogan Assessment Systems

The Hogan Assessment is a suite of psychological surveys that provide individuals with the developmental insight they need to succeed. They will gain strategic self-awareness to leverage their strengths, avoid behaviours that get in the way of success, and gain insight into the culture they create for their teams. The suite is comprised of the following:

Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI)

The Hogan Personality (HPI) measures everyday, or bright-side, personality – characteristics that describe how people relate to others when they are at their best. Everyday personality affects people’s ability to get along with others and achieve their goals.

Hogan Development Survey (HDS)

The Hogan Development Survey (HDS) measures dark-side personality – interpersonal behaviours that can be strengths, but when overused can cause problems at work and in life. The performance risks assessed by the HDS will only be seen in situations where the person is not activley managing his or her public image. These situations might include those involving high stress or change, multitasking, task saturation or accomplishment, misalignment with the demands of the job, or when an individual feels so comfortable in their work environment that little or no concern is given to public image.

Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI)

The Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI) describes personality from the inside – the core goals, values, drivers, and interests that determine what we desire and strive to attain. By assessing values, you can understand what motivates candidates to succeed, and in what types of position, job, and environment they will be the most productive.

The Leadership Circle Profile® (LCP)

The Leadership Circle Profile® (LCP) provides a detailed snapshot in time, enabling leaders to answer the question: “How are my behaviours and mindset enabling or constraining my intended leadership impact and our business performance?”

The Leadership Circle Profile is the only instrument that measures the two primary leadership domains – Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies. It measures underlying beliefs and assumptions – the habits of thought that run much of our behaviour. As leaders gain insights, they have much higher leverage to make transformative change.
